The refrigerated drawers provide a total of 9x 1/1GN pans of capacity, in which you can store anything from meat and poultry, to fruit and vegetables – all whilst being individually separated to reduce the risk of cross contamination.The drawers can each store up a full size (1/1) GN pan, making the counter a fantastic prep station, as you can store a huge variety of foods close to hand without having to move around the kitchen. Pans can quickly be swapped out, so there’s no need to change containers to cook or reheat dishes.
Easy-to-use controls allow you to quickly change settings, whilst the digital screen provides you with a clear and accurate constant read-out, so you’ll always be able to monitor the internal temperature for maximum food hygiene compliance.
