The Diaminox two door pizza prep fridge combines an immensely durable granite worktop with high capacity storage, the Diaminox pizza prep counter is the perfect solution for any professional kitchen which has pizza or dough items on the menu.

Designed for performance and reliability, the fridge uses powerful forced air cooling to ensure the contents are kept at the perfect storage temperature, even during busy services or particularly hot conditions. The main fridge section can accommodate full size 600×400 bakery pans, so it’s easy to quickly load and access chilled ingredients. To the left, the seven ambient dough drawers help you to safely store your pizza dough for quick rolling out during a service.

The worktop itself is incredibly strong and, due to its granite construction, stays cool – even in hot kitchens. This helps to prevent dough sticking to the surface during prep.
